1.1 The Tech Harmony Subscription provides comprehensive remote support services tailored for resolving software-related issues on personal computing devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
2. Scope of Support:
2.1 This subscription explicitly covers remote support services for troubleshooting and assistance exclusively related to software malfunctions, performance optimization, and general tech queries.
2.2 It unequivocally excludes any provision for hardware-related issues, upgrades, and the initiation of new or existing projects. The service is strictly limited to addressing fundamental software concerns for subscribed devices. Any additional services beyond the scope of remote support may be subject to separate fees and agreements. The subscription is not to be construed as providing coverage for any form of on-site support or services beyond the specified remote assistance.
3. Subscription Payments:
3.1 Subscribers commit to a minimum one-year subscription agreement, with payments due in advance on a monthly basis.
3.2 The subscription fee is non-refundable, and subscribers acknowledge the commitment for a minimum duration of one year.
4. Security and Privacy:
4.1 Tech Harmony places the highest priority on the security and privacy of its subscribers.
4.2 All remote support sessions are encrypted, guaranteeing a secure and confidential environment for addressing software-related issues.
5. Availability of Support:
5.1 Remote support is available during standard business hours, from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
5.2 Response times may vary based on demand, but Tech Harmony is dedicated to providing timely assistance during the specified support hours.
6. Exclusions:
6.1 The subscription explicitly excludes on-site support, hardware repairs, upgrades, and the implementation of both new and existing projects. Additional services beyond remote support may be subject to separate fees.
7. Subscriber Benefits:
7.1 Subscribers may be eligible for exclusive perks, promotions, and discounts on additional services as part of their subscription.
8. Termination:
8.1 The subscription agreement is for a minimum duration of one year.
8.2 Termination of the agreement requires written communication at least 90 days before the end of the subscription term. Failure to provide timely written notice will result in the automatic renewal of the subscription for another year.
